The world’s largest real estate event, Cityscape Global, debuts in Saudi Arabia for 2023. It is set to take place in the country for the first time from September 10-13 in Riyadh.
The global event is expected to attract over 180,000 global stakeholders from across the entire real estate ecosystem.

Cityscape Global, being held at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, promises to bring together international and domestic delegates, ranging from property buyers and investors to B2B real estate professionals. Visitors have the chance to explore properties such as the GBP8.4bn Greenwich Peninsula, Battersea Power Station’s vibrant riverside neighbourhood, and Nine Elms by London Square. Savills experts are on hand to provide insights on the UK property market and the appeal of these developments for Saudi Arabian and GCC investors.
Matthew Sansom, director of Residential Sales at Battersea Power Station Development Company, anticipates strong demand for Battersea Power Station apartments, highlighting the project’s appeal to Middle East purchasers seeking a lifestyle similar to that offered in Saudi Arabia.
Sansom said, “Cityscape offers a chance for buyers to speak with our team on-the-ground to get a clear picture of the project without the need to fly to London.”
