First stunning photos surface on social media

After months of speculation, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has tied the knot with The Family Man co-creator Raj Nidimoru. The intimate ceremony took place at Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, attended only by the couple’s closest friends. The couple shared pictures from their wedding on their social media handles.

Samantha took to Instagram to share the first pictures from her intimate wedding. The actress looked radiant in a red saree adorned with intricate zari work, paired with elegant gold jewellery. Raj complemented her perfectly in a white kurta set layered with a beige Nehru jacket. Before the ceremony, the couple exchanged rings and posed joyfully for the cameras. In one of the photos, Samantha proudly showed off her stunning wedding ring.

Samantha and Raj were rumoured to be dating since early 2024, with curiosity deepening after the actress subtly soft launched the filmmaker on Instagram through a series of posts. Despite the growing buzz, neither of them publicly confirmed their relationship.

The duo first collaborated on The Family Man Season 2 in 2021, where Samantha played a pivotal role that earned widespread acclaim. Their professional association continued with Citadel: Honey Bunny, co-starring Varun Dhawan, further strengthening their bond.

Dating rumours intensified earlier this year when Samantha shared several photos from the World Pickleball League. In these images, she was seen seated beside Raj in the stands, cheering for her team, the Chennai Super Champs—fueling widespread speculation about their relationship status.

This wedding marks the second marriage for both Samantha and Raj. Samantha was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya. After their highly publicised wedding in 2017, the couple parted ways in 2021. Naga Chaitanya later married actress Sobhita Dhulipala in 2024. Raj, meanwhile, was earlier married to Sshyamali De, with reports suggesting that the couple separated in 2022.
