NMDC announces ₹2.30 per share interim dividend, shares up 2%

The shares of NMDC Limited were trading at ₹66.22, up by ₹1.31 or 2.02 per cent on the NSE today at 10.40 am.

NMDC Limited, India’s largest iron ore producer, declared its first interim dividend of ₹2.30 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The announcement came after the company’s Board of Directors meeting on Monday, March 17, 2025.

The dividend applies to equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each and will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or records of Depositories as beneficial owners as of Friday, March 21, 2025, which has been fixed as the Record Date.

In compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, NMDC will disburse the dividend within the prescribed timelines.
