Three Indian Army soldiers were injured in a landmine explosion on Wednesday morning near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.

Police sources said the mine explosion took place in the Phagwara Gali area of the Mankote sector of Mendhar when a patrolling party along the LoC inadvertently stepped over a landmine.
Two of the injured Army soldiers have been shifted to 150 General Hospital in Rajouri.
