Carlton Village Senior Care Neighborhood, an 80-bed assisted residing neighborhood, was purchased by a neighborhood operator for $5.6 million.
Inbuilt 2018, the ability is a campus-like setting of eight, 10-bed houses at 321 W. Limberlost Drive, close to Oracle Street.
