Real Estate Sales Includes $3.8M In City By Gowanda Company | News, Sports, Jobs

In early February, six properties within the metropolis of Jamestown bought for almost $4 million.

The Submit-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing actual property gross sales in Chautauqua County and appeared on the gross sales from Feb. 1-11 recorded on the county Clerk’s Workplace. Throughout that point interval, Funds Rental Items LLC of Grand Island bought 101 Lakeview Ave., 401 W. Fourth St., 305-307 E. Fifth St., 309-311 Jefferson St. and 18 E. Sixth St. to 3644 Holdings, LLC, of Gowanda for $3.8 million. Regardless that there are 5 addresses listed, there are six property tax identification numbers listed within the sale.

From Feb. 1-11, there have been a complete of 91 gross sales, excluding $1 or no money transfers. The complete record is as follows:

Bruce Sikora of Summit, NJ bought 402,619 W. seventh St, Jamestown to Andriy Makoviychuk for $135,000.

John Larsen bought 110 West James Road, Falconer to Alan Gustafson for $79,900.

Frank Bellavia bought 8577 Bear Lake Street, Portland to Jonathan Patrick for $40,000

Matthew Webber bought 1349 Stebbins Street, Hanover to Scott and Tracey Onuffer for $202,000.

Eugene and Mary Ann Jankowski bought 10 Seaside Place, Portland to Ronald Parker for $395,000.

Ann Carlson bought 14 Olson St., Falconer to Bruce Wolf for $120,000.

Betts Residences LLC bought 7 Ash St., Westfield to Emily Nichols for $155,000.

Evan and Nancy Cornell bought 8138 Rood Street, Arkwright to Levi Wolfe for $140,000

Anthony J. and Jordyn B. Dolce bought 11 Taft Place, Dunkirk to Daybreak Ritz and John Novak for $230,000.

Tyrone Corridor bought 40 Winsor St., Jamestown to Jamestown Improvement Firm III, LLC for $26,000.

Karen Scholeno bought 4161 Cowing Street, Busti to Jennifer Bortner for $120,000.

Betsy Shults, executor for the late Cynthia Casler, bought 56 Avalon Blvd, West Ellicott to Cody Fuller for $135,000.

Brann Leases LLC of Hiram, Ohio bought Jon and Audrey Briggs 27 Maple St., Bemus Level for $180,000.

Ernest Lawson bought 4510 Route 60, Gerry to Herbert Finest for $40,000.

Barry and Donna Mason bought 30 Holman St., Jamestown to Amber Adams for $82,000.

Maurice Paterniti bought 903 Second St., Jamestown to Michael Hutley for $2,000.

Rebecca Carlson, trustee of the J.D. Alm Household Belief II bought property on Falconer Kimball Stand, Ellicott for $9,000.

Matthew and Susan Farnham bought property on Elm Flat Street, city of Chautauqua to Marvin Latta and Jill Scarpine for $10,000.

John and Barbara Nellis bought 5278 Van Buren Street, Pomfret to Byron Lawton for $172,500.

Todd Mekus, William Frost and Lucile Frost bought 7 Lester St., Sinclairville to Tringali Leases, LLC for $60,000.

Bradley and Kerri Seibert bought 5880 Cardinal Street, city of Chautauqua to Aaron Value, Natalie Value and Adolfo D’Achille for $550,000.

James and Cathy Bensink bought property on Wing Street, Busti to Robert and Amanda Sischo for $13,000.

David and Merritt Spier bought 4943 Lake Avenue, city of Chautauqua to Leslie Lewis for $368,000.

Randy Will, executor of the property of G. Ronald Will bought property on Gibbs Street, Hanover to SJF Farms, Inc. for $111,500.

Terry McCray bought property on Nettle Hill Street, city of Chautauqua to Tag N Brag, LLC for $150,000.

Cockaigne Improvement, LLC bought property on Crestwood Drive, Cherry Creek to Granata Gianpaul for $15,000.

Ronald and Nancy Hicks bought 2403 Keller Street, Busti to Matthew Bovee, Jonelle Chir, Erik Olson and Amanda Olson for $305,000.
