Rawalpindi : Rawalpindi Improvement Authority (RDA) Saturday demolished two unlawful below building business markets on Chak Beli Khan Highway.
Following directives of RDA Chairman Tariq Mehmood Murtaza and Director Common (DG) RDA Chaudhry Maqbool Ahmed, RDA’s Land Use and Constructing Management (LU&BC) Wing has been actively conducting steady operations in opposition to unlawful business cum residential building actions together with plazas/retailers, faculties and different unlawful land use encroachments inside the managed space of RDA in Rawalpindi.
RDA LU&BC Wing’s workers together with Constructing Inspectors and others with the help of Rawalpindi Police from the involved Police Station carried out operation in opposition to above talked about two unlawful below building business markets.
The house owners of those properties have been establishing unlawful business buildings with out approval/NOC, in violation of Punjab Improvement of Cities Act 1976 and RDA Constructing and Zoning Rules 2007.
RDA spokesman stated the DG RDA has directed the Constructing Management Wing to take strict motion in opposition to unlawful / unauthorized constructions and business actions with none worry and favour.
