President Joe Biden on Thursday charged that Russian President Vladimir Putin has created a complete breakdown of ties between Washington and Moscow, after Russia mounted an invasion of Ukraine.

“There’s a full rupture proper now in U.S.-Russian relations, in the event that they proceed on this path that they’re on,” Biden stated on the White Home after asserting a raft of recent sanctions.

U.S. shares plunged Thursday as Russia carried out the long-feared assault on Ukraine. The Dow Jones Industrial Common

Biden stated he had no plans to satisfy with Putin and stated sanctioning the Russian chief himself stays on the desk.

“When the historical past of this period is written, Putin’s option to make a very unjustifiable conflict on Ukraine can have left Russia weaker and the remainder of the world stronger,” stated Biden.

“Putin is the aggressor. Putin selected this conflict,” Biden stated.

Saying a serious navy operation, Putin deflected world condemnation and cascading new sanctions, because the Related Press reported — and referred to his nation’s nuclear arsenal as he threatened any international nation making an attempt to intrude with “penalties you’ve gotten by no means seen.”
