An industrial property in Holtsville has bought for $9.5 million.
Rosemont, Unwell.-based Enterprise One Actual Property bought the 50,000-square-foot constructing on 4.48 acres at 889 Waverly Ave.
The property is leased to Success Plus, a supplier of transport providers, warehousing and success providers for quite a lot of industries.
That is the third Lengthy Island acquisition for Enterprise One within the final six months. The developer acquired an 85,000-square-foot industrial constructing on 9.7 acres at 2950 Veterans Memorial Freeway in Bohemia in Nov. 2021 and a 90,000-square-foot workplace constructing on 7.4 acres at 49 Wi-fi Blvd. in Hauppauge in March.
Enterprise One is investing $96 million to redevelop the Bohemia and Hauppauge properties into new warehouse and distribution amenities. The corporate is just not planning on redeveloping the Holtsville property.
Brandon Lichtenstein, Tommy Rosati and Jason Maietta of Colliers Worldwide represented the customer, in addition to the vendor, Ninabell Realty LLC, within the gross sales transaction.
