Google Translate added 24 new languages together with 8 languages from India.

Out of the 24 languages, there are eight Indian languages together with Assamese, Meiteilon (Manipuri) and Mizo. Other than these three languages, Google Translate will now have Sanskrit, Bhojpuri, Dogri, Konkani, Maithili amongst others. Google Translate now has a base of 133 languages. Google has shared the information by means of a tweet.

Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed his happiness and pleasure. He tweeted, “Delighted that @Google has added Assamese in its language translation software among the many 24 new languages integrated, 8 of that are native to India.
