“Due to the fuel bottlenecks, complete industries are in peril of completely collapsing: aluminum, glass, the chemical trade,”
After which this, which is stating the apparent:
- “Such a collapse would have huge penalties for all the economic system and jobs in Germany.”
Talks on the problem will start Monday with Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
- Russia has decreased shipments via Nord Stream pipeline by 60% and the pipeline is scheduled for a full shutdown this month for upkeep. Germany has raised doubts that Nord Stream will resume provide after that.
