CHARLOTTE — Duke Power Corp. is within the strategy of promoting its Mint Road parking deck to Berlin-based Millennium Enterprise Capital.
Caroline Portillo, Duke Power’s supervisor of communications, stated in an announcement to Charlotte Enterprise Journal that the sale is a part of the corporate’s beforehand introduced plans to consolidate its actual property footprint because it prepares to open a brand new 40-story headquarters, Duke Power Plaza, at 525 S. Tryon St., in late 2023.
MVC is predicted to shut on its buy of the six-story parking deck at 410 S. Mint St. later this 12 months or in early 2023.
