The Nice Southwest Industrial Park industrial constructing had been owned by Dallas’ Westmount Realty Capital since 1988. This property was one of many firm’s first investments. “Resulting from demand within the Nice Southwest submarket, the present cap fee compression and the low variety of comparable buildings on the market, we decided it was the optimum time to promote,” Westmount’s Julie Butticarlo stated. Los Angeles-based investor TruAmerica Multifamily purchased two Dallas-area condominium communities. TruAmerica acquired The Heights, a 35-acre property of 162 single-family townhomes and 84 residences at 1901 NE Inexperienced Oaks Blvd. in Arlington. And the investor purchased Mission Ranch, a 295-unit condominium group at 901 U.S. Freeway 80 East in Mesquite. With the acquisitions, TruAmerica has acquired 1,300 items in Texas within the final eight months.
An investor bought the three-building Andes Coil Processors industrial advanced at 202 S. Railroad St. in Lewisville. The property consists of an 110,400-square-foot warehouse advanced on 7.62 acres. Adam Abushagur of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
Prickly Pear Pores and skin Care LLC leased 67,095 sq. ft of warehouse house from M2G Ventures within the four-building North Quarter 35 enterprise park on Interstate 35W north of Fort Price. Seth Koschak, Forrest Prepare dinner and Brett Carlton of Stream Realty Companions negotiated the lease.
Tierra Encantada, which supplies Spanish language and early training providers, leased a ten,133-square-foot constructing at 4450 Marsh Lane in Addison. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Rob Franks, Lynette Dumalag and Walker Dyess negotiated the lease with Chris Flesner and Paul von Gontard of Resolute Actual Property.
Alter U LLC leased 7,222 sq. ft of business and workplace house at 831 Greenview Drive in Grand Prairie from Garvon Inc. Jim Ferris of Bradford Business Actual Property Providers negotiated the lease with Chris Bly of Capstone Business.
