BSE Ltd reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹1,139 crore for the quarter that ended September 30, 2025, marking a 40 per cent year-on-year increase and the tenth consecutive quarter of record revenues. Consolidated net profit jumped 61 per cent to ₹557 crore, with operating EBITDA surging 75 per cent to ₹680 crore.
The exchange’s equity derivatives segment processed 642 crore contracts during the quarter, generating ₹624 crore in revenue. BSE facilitated 97 new equity listings across its main and SME boards, helping companies raise ₹53,548 crore in Q2.
BSE’s SME platform now hosts 657 listed companies that have collectively raised over ₹13,083 crore since launch. October 2025 set a monthly record, with 31 SME listings raising ₹1,242 crore.
The StAR MF platform processed 20.1 crore mutual fund transactions in Q2, up 24 per cent from the previous year, maintaining an 89 per cent market share. Revenue from this segment grew 18 per cent to ₹69.7 crore.
BSE’s clearing subsidiary, ICCL, saw equity settled turnover triple to ₹2.91 lakh crore in the first half of FY26, while equity derivatives premium turnover nearly doubled to ₹4.31 lakh crore, supported by technology upgrades that increased processing capacity ninefold.
The shares of BSE Ltd ended at ₹2,643.10, up by ₹17.80 or 0.68 per cent, on the NSE today.
