ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — The Anchorage Police Division could have its first ever Black chief of police when Kenneth McCoy begins subsequent Monday.
McCoy, at the moment the deputy chief of police, replaces Justin Doll, who will likely be on go away till he formally retires over the summer time.
